Make Sangria with fresh fruit and juices...just don't add the wine. This has always been a big hit with my friends. To give it some fizz you can add a bottle of non-alcoholic wine (available at any good liquor store).

So Simple Punch

time to make 10 min 10 min prep

This is a very simple, but tasty punch. It is also fairly inexpensive, which is great when a large quantity is needed. (Can also cut the recipe in half for smaller crowd). You can changed the flavor of drink mix used in order to obtain a desired color of punch. I recommend freezing rings of pineapple juice or the punch for use in chilling in the punchbowl.

4 (1/4 ounce) packages unsweetened strawberry drink mix
2 (46 fluid ounce) cans pineapple juice
3 cups white sugar
4 quarts water
2 liters ginger ale

1. In a large punch bowl combine drink mix, pineapple juice, sugar and water.
2. Stir until dissolved.
3. Just before serving, stir in the ginger ale.

Freeze a large carton of Pinapple/oragne/banana juice. Place the frozen juice log in a big bowl and pour 2 ltr. Squirt or other citrus carbonated beverage on top. Float sliced oranges & limes. The frozen juice keeps the punch cold, and aslo mixes well with the citrus soda. Yum and pretty.

I don't drink. So I mix all the fruit juices that taste like alcohol and add a stimulant drink.
So apple juice, Red and white grape juice, cherry and orange juice, to top it off a can of red bull. Gives a buzz like alcohol with no alcohol.

Use a 2 liter bottle of ginger ale instead of water and make up punch flavored koolaid (use only half the sugar!)--tastes like champagne without the kick. made this for tee-tolling guests at our wedding and they loved it!

Gassy water and apple juice, mixed with some lemon juice, experiment with the amounts and it tastes like sparkling white wine!
