I called the cops to tip them to where my ex is living, as he was wanted from violation od child support court..They arrested him put him in jail and found he had a lot of pets in his house that was filthy with fleas, etc....the humane society got the pets and want to press charges How can I help them so It turns out to be a felony animal neglect?
