Not a health professional, but I first relax as much as possible. Then try to massage the area with long straight strokes. Tonic water with quinine can help. There is also a homeopathic remedy for leg cramps which contains quinine. Some supplements can help, too, such as calcium, magnesium and others. Check first with a qualified adviser, of course.

Buy yourself a water foot massager,they work great,I have bad leggs and feet from always having hard labor jobs!But anyways,It works asome,and buy the one with the 3 different setting,Thats the Best,i have SunBeam Brand and it works Great!You can buy at any Walgreen,c.v.s.,but it will cost less probably if you go to a k-mart or WalMart!all so,Buy some Episom salt,but in water and machine on massage,man Does that feel good,it takes pain away fast and it redoses swelling in feet!Good Luck,Hollwood

whenever i get cramps in my leg i scream untill it goes away. i get them a lot

change your socks everday.
clean with dettol quite offen
take some energy tabs for u r resistence.
