Halal is just a beef with a middle eastern spice on it.

I am a Muslim. Halal is when the animal from which we eat has been killed saying Allah's name. It should be killed by cutting its throat and not beaten to death. But this applies to land animals only and all the living things in the water are halal

Yes it is the same as the Jewish laws and Muslims can eat meat in a Jewish house. Hope you are satisfied

A variety of substances are considered forbidden (haraam) as per various Quranic verses:

Pork, or any pig-based products.
Blood .
Animals slaughtered in the name of anyone but God.
Carrion.
Any animal found dead.
"Fanged beasts of prey"as per the Sunnah, usually simplified to all Carnivorous animals with the exception of most fish and sea animals.
And all intoxicants (specifically alcohol)

if the food you eat doesnt involve the above, thats mean it is halal and pure to eat... im a muslim, i know

Halal is the food allowed to the Muslims by Allah. it contains every thing except alcohl, pork, blood and the meat that is not taken by slaughtering the animal by saying God's name. We are to kill the animal by passing a knife on its thoat because it is the most painless death. a creature dies the moment the knife touchs its throath.
