I looked in Romans 1:23 - 24 and it speaks of man's inability to live by God's words and were willing to worship birds, animals and reptiles he there gave over man to his sinful nature, meaning the desires of the heart such as sexual impurity, It then in verse 1:28 As Paul was speaking he spoke of unnatural ones from natural ones (meaning sex with men and sex with women) so with this act he then gave over man since he was not willing to retain the words of God he gave man over to a depraved mind, So would that mean Satan?

Also I found something interesting as I read on in Romans in verse 1:29 I looked up the word depravity and malice and both came up with the same definition which is a person of Malevolent behavior so what constitutes Malevolent behavior?

Malevolence is to wish evil or harm upon another person.
Malice is an evil intent and an actual intention to harm.
Depravity is to be fallen into evil works,to become morally bad.It is a fallen state where the person is doing corrupt things.

These are all bad things and different stages of hateful conduct.
The terminal stage of hate is when people worship creatures and not God.This is an example of depraved actions.
One must first hate to be instructed by God before falling into depravity.
It is a state of being turned over to an evil mind to do evil.

God he gave man over to a depraved mind, So would that mean Satan?

No, Saten has nothing at all to do with the descriptions in Romans. Romans tells the story of how we fool ourselves into believing that we have no true creator. In our depraved state , we actually believe that we are all there is, so what we do on this earth matters in no way beyond our few years here.

Romans also states that once we start on this down ward spiral , and reject God, he allows that rejection and gives us over to our own thinking, and desires of the flesh. Once God gives us over, there does not seem to be a way back to him.

It seems that we rejected him, he accepts the rejection and that is the end of it.

Malevolence is simply evil intent. Malevolent behavior is, therefore, anything done because of one's heart had meant to do evil. With all due respect to Muslims, Osama bin Laden is an excellent example, especially with regard to his al-Qaeda network's planning & execution of the attack on September 11, 2001 or the USS Cole in 2000.

That you intend to do evil by your actions. You see, if you're going to hate someone for their behavior, you not only have to declare the behavior wrong, but you also have to assasinate the character of the one doing by asserting they know it's evil and that's why they do it, so they deserve no sympathy or mercy. Why debate the behavior when you can demonize the person? Paul never really stopped being a Pharisee.

concept in God is the top results of sensible reasoning. as quickly as evolution is brushed off (and that's extremely accomplished), in easy terms introduction continues to be and which skill there could desire to be a writer. What the Bible does is (i) supply us a history of the advantages and curses that observed whilst believers obeyed or disobeyed God; (ii) supplies the reliable information (Gospel) to those that ask your self why we are right here and the place we are going; (iii) grant prophecies so as that all of us know the place we are in time to boot as what's quickly to ensue and (iv) the procedures by skill of which we are able to be saved and alter into immortal, like angels. to comprehend the Bible is to benefit it - no longer study it like a special. It translates itself simply by fact numerous that's written in symbolism. the reason of that (fantastically the recent testomony) is with the help of the fact the misled Jews and Roman government, on the time, did no longer desire Christianity to strengthen and, if that they had completely understood the prophesies and parables each and every attempt could be taken to extinguish those writings. you do no longer could desire to 'decide' something yet in simple terms make an effort for particular issues to sink in. you assume too plenty in case you think of you will artwork all of it out in some weeks whilst it took a million,500 years for the Bible to be accomplished. to be certain the 'certainty' in simple terms learn the prophecies that have all come authentic and then see how Matthew 24 and Revelation 13 are, in the present day, quite occurring perfect until now our eyes.
