I have some great yoga dvd's. it's a good workout on top off all the other benefits of yoga. i have a few rodney yee one's, Yoga Burn is great. i have one by shiva shakti which is awesome because you can choose each segment and make up your own routine with it. whats so great about dvds is that you can have several so you don't get bored and buy yourself a new one every several months. good luck...

I really like Kathy Smith work outs...they really get me motivated and are simple to follow but you get a thorough workout. I also enjoy the Caribbean Work Out Dvds (and those are very inexpensive). I like any pilates workout but if you are a beginner, trust me, you need to get a beginners pilates cd. You need to chose the workout that will best motivate you, and there are tones of dvds out there!
