If you mean the 16 digit code that you can also get on the back of your CD cover, then open word/excel or any office application, click Help and the About Microsoft Word. You wil sind the prod id in a box there.
Now if you mean the one you need to acticate, then call the toll free number and ask for activation.

You can't. You have to search for it or you can buy a product key from a third party.

Look on the back of your computer. They usually put a sticker with the product key there. Or you could lookon the Certificate of Authenticity that you got with your computer. it says "DO NOT DISCARD" on it.
