Your weight will fluctuate usually by 5 lbs. so you might actually be right at your goal of 105. :-) It's best to weigh yourself on the same day once per week then take the average over a month to get a more accurate weight.

A way I recently went from a size 10+ to 7/8 is by taking in the majority of my carbs in the morning, eating a fresh fruit of some sort before lunch, then a light lunch, another serving of fresh fruit (apples are really good this time of year) when my "sweet tooth" sets in around 3:00 in the afternoon, and a reasonable dinner. I try to walk 2+ miles (briskly) a day. Brisk walking is a great way to exercise without putting a lot of stress on your joints...at my age (44) that's important. You can measure distance pretty accurately by walking at a brisk pace in one direction for 15 minutes, then turn around and walk back to your starting point. It takes approximately 15 minutes at a brisk pace to walk 1 mile, so after 30 minutes, you've gone two miles.

Reading labels is important. Avoid the following: trans fats, high fructose ingredients, partially hydrogenated oils, sugars, and refined flours.

Think about your exercise program. Do you do much weight training? Remember that muscle weighs more than fat so if you are weight training, you might actually gain, opposed to aerobic & toning type exercises that burn fat without adding the bulky muscles.

Good luck!

To lose weight, a person has to reduce the calorie intake by some amount by modifying their diet. A diet without sufficient nutrients will only increase the appetite of the person trying to lose weight. Since most people combine a diet with an exercise plan, additional nutrients are required for the growth of muscles required to increase the metabolic rate required for long term weight loss. you could start by having a meal plan. a healthy diet is much more better than a rushed diet. if your target is for just a week, you could actually start eating carbs during breakfast then a little in lunch then none in dinner. carbs can keep your energy up for the day. for your dinner, you could just take in a vegetable diet or fruit diet. exercise would help you too but when you are still getting started don't push yourself into a harsh exercise like getting into a gym. it will only make you weak and makes you sick. a monitored exercise will do you good also. you could actually search on the net about south beach diets or some other effective dietary plans. but always remember you know your strengths and limitations. also, feel happy and good about yourself. don't carry on so much stress coz it'll only ruin your diet plans. smile always and keep a compliment on yourself. that's my best advice. if you feel good about yourself and you keep a positive attitude. surely, you'll lose weight in no time and you won't even realize it until somebody told you so. be happy. good luck.

it sounds like you are doing a lot already. maybe because you do workout for 3 hours a day, the extra three pounds could be muscle that you have built. What is your BMI? And what percentage body fat do you have? Go to a nutritionist and get those two things checked out and see if you actually do need to lose weight or if it is just muscle from doing so much as it is.
