You need to worry about the salt content and the fact that noodles are an empty food. They lack the nutrients and minerals that your body needs. So, if you eat instant noodles, be sure you are eating other foods with the nutrients your body needs. A multivitamin would also be helpful.

They would be if you are prone to or have diabetes. The noodles convert from carbs to sugars very readily, and this is very bad for a diabetic. Moderation is always a good thing.
