Your 13 yr old son actually told you he's scared to ejaculate? Yuck. You should call a doctor, and maybe a shrink.

pain in the testes is not normal, yes you can have 'blue balls" and have pain but for the sake of fertility you have to take him to a doctor Ideally an urologist but ant any FP/internist/pediatrician or even ER physician will do. Do not waste time. The timing of the pain and whether the area is reddened or swollen helps to change the nature . Also if he has fevers is very important.Good luck!

My brother was 4 years old with pain in his testicles. Mom took him to the doc and he had a hernia. Had to have surgery. So Don't let him hurt for too long. Might should take him to the doc.

Try a doctor. Yahoo Answers is hardly the place for you to try and diagnose pain in your own child. What kind of parent are you, anyway?

You need to take him to a doctor asap. Pain is a symptom of something wrong.
