Fantasy is always more exciting then reality.Relationships change. Some grow deeper and some fade into warm friendships. At your age its normal not to stay too interested in one person. The main thing is not to rush, and remember this girl is your friend first,so try to be careful of her feelings.

maybe you should try doing something different. like take her out on a date to a place youve never been. do something that would interest the both of you if you were alone and see how much fun it is when youre with one another. ps-making out is always fun, but you shouldnt have a relationship just based on that.

well slow down on the first date never count on getting a kiss if you want the relationship to go on keep intouch with her wait until she is ready ok call her everyday check up on her don't smother her let her have her girl space ight send her gifts like roses chocaltae and on on her birthday give her something other than chocalate and a rose

I would guess you are better off as friends, you have been friends for so long that anything else may just feel strange.

TAKE UP A HOBBY LIKE BOWLING OR RUNNING. AND STAY AWAY FROM GIRLS FOR A FEW MONTH.

YOU NEED TO CLEAR YOUR HEAD.
