Add any flavored INSTANT pudding powder to a tub of COOL WHIP and mix with electric Mixer.

You can also buy a whipped cream stabilizer called WHIP IT. It comes in small light blue pkgs. Often found in the international foods section. This added to any whipped cream will make it form peaks.

Try adding a teaspoon of instant coffee to whipped cream and blending it makes a great frosting for chocolate cakes.
