does anyone know a food that has protein but no glucose or starch? What about protein and glucose but no starch?

All meats and eggs (that are not breaded or coated with something containing glucose or starch) have no glucose or starch.

Meats that are marinated with juices or sweeteners would contain protein and glucose but no starch.

Milk and cheeses have protein and lactose (which breaks down relatively quickly into glucose) but no starch.

Tofu, tempeh, beans and rice would all be starch-based forms of protein.

I don't think eggs have any glucose, but I'm pretty sure there is no starch. Milk has protein and glucose, and again, I'm pretty sure there is no starch.
