I have been with my BF for almost 8 years. I have gained a bit over 50 lbs. I know that its true that guys are less attracted to this, and I am on a diet now. I still need help to figure out what I can do in the meantime to spice things up. I dont really think its the weight as much as it is I hide under the covers while we have sex and try to make sure my fat isnt sticking out.He says it doesnt make that big of a difference but that is what he is supposed to say. I think it is all in my head my self esteem is low because of the weight. He likes big butts and hips, and says I am still sexy to him, he just doesnt act as interested. I am gonna lose the weight but in the meantime please help!

Either that he means it ( which is good ). Or he just trying to be kind ( which is nice ). In either way, he is behind you (which is good)
At the mean time work on your self esteem and your weight(if you want to).
good luck

Well the problem most people have is gaining the weight back after they lost it. Losing it is the easy part. If you want to make him happy, lots of handjobs and blowjobs will work because your weight has nothing to do with those 2 things. I dont know if your willing to do this like i am. But to keep the weight off after you have lost it, I have completely quit drinking soda, eating fast food, eating tv dinners, and i have also givin up chips and other sugary treats. It takes a level of self control most people dont have, but if your willing, it has worked for me. Im a guy by the way.

Your man is just saying that to not hurt your feelings. My ex hid under the covers and she wore one of those baggy nightshirts to hide those rolls of blubber. Didn't work. Making love to a whale isn't a turn on. Speaking of that, I need to lose a few pounds myself. Never dieted but I think I may give that Hoodia stuff a try.
While losing that weight, go to http://www.adameve.com/ and check out their stuff. Buy a few toys, get a movie or two to spice things up. I seriously doubt if he'll complain.

I know u wanted only guys to answer this but I cant resist putting my 2 cents worth in......

Its not so much the weight thats the problem although it is a good idea to keep it under wraps, its ur self esteem - if your confident about who u are and he picks this "new you" up hes more liable to wanna tap that compared to what your doing now.

P.S Brake away from thinking too much and just let loose.

Initiate one last conversation concerning the issue, then drop it. Express your fears, concerns and plans. Develop an understanding of his feelings and accept what he has to say. IMO, you cannot keep dwelling on the issue or that may be what would drive him away.

I think you are onto something concerning hiding under the covers. This in fact may draw attention to your feelings and may take away from moments that should be filled with love, fun, pleasure. Discuss this and reach an understanding; under the covers, out from under the covers, partially nude, totally nude, etc.

Good luck, it appears you are already well on your way to solving your problem.

OMG.. this is something you don;t really need to worry about>>> just eat right and exercise.. but make sure that you still have time for him.. the only problem is.. you think that he would break up with u>> so what if u gained weight u can always loose it, just eat right and exercise.. but don;t always put ur time and attention to the gym becuase that would turn ur relationship upside down...
