Sorry , you are just going to have to make your own bread. Give me plain old Government bread [SA] anyday at least it tastes like bread. Only bread that really tastes like bread is home-made bread, kneed by yourself not n Breadmaker.:)

Theres a family run bakers in Wickford Essex, that sells gorgeous black crusty bread, and their crusty rolls are lovely, about three generations of men from the same family own the shop, and I think they must pass the secret recipe down the line to each other. Its the best bread I have ever tasted.

actually depending on where u live, u can. I have a great bakery where i live making fresh bread everyday. Also if u have a dimpfilmier( i don't know how to spell it but u understand right) lol they make really good bread too. U can almost always find it at the grocery store. Well i live in Canada and i know u can get that here i don't know about any other countries though

i in my view controlled to sue my greengrocer final year for not having a Turnip left for me !! It went to courtroom and that i won. I have been given 2 loaves of Bread and 3 Turnips reimbursement. He went to penitentiary for 3 months, yet controlled to get it cut back to 2 after gettin the decide a pound of Sugar and a few Silk Tights. genuine....... i'm off to burn the Wicker-guy.

Try putting a fresh bought unsliced loaf in a pre heated high oven for 5 minutes !!.

The solution I found was learn to make your own.I use a bread machine to mix and need then I bake it in the oven

Havve you noticed how quicly bread goes mouldy these days? I reckon many shops and supermarkets are freezing it then topping up their shelves with it. We buy it thinking its fresh when, in truth, it's probably days (or even weeks) old.

I don't know - but if you find out can you tell me!! Even the fresh baked stuff in the bakers and supermarkets is light and fluffy with no substance!!

I end up making my own!
