There is no best age. It simply depends on maturity and the intenseness of the date. Young people before 16 should not really consider "true dating". Ages 16-18 should consider "casual dating". No real heavy dating should be occurring before then. Life is meant to be lived and enjoyed, and younger people should have friends to be with and have fun. Not get bogged down on serious dating early in life

around 15 is the right age because then your through all the changing stage from being a kid and are starting to know how you really want things to be in your life with some thought behind it and thinking about how you want your future
