My kids got me the 7-11 Slurpee maker from ToysRUs for my birthday that worked pretty well when the batteries were fresh. I bet if you partially froze a high sugar beverage (40gms of sugar per serving like most regular sodas as well as grape juice) and used a blender if you needed to, it would do the same thing.
