Hi my hair is also really badly thinning out so i know exactly how you feel. I have an iron deficiency so that is the cause for mine. Have you had your blood checked? I am now starting to eat foods with iron and protein such as brocolli, red meat, nuts and cereals. Although its hard as i am fasting. I have also heard that if you warm coconut oil and massage your scalp with it, it strengthens hair and improves circulation and hair growth. I have also started doing this before shampooing. I guess we have to change the way we eat and treat our hair in order for things to start looking up. You just remember that you are not the only one and it happens to many people. I am a nineteen year old female and therefore at the age where appearence matters the most. However am starting to change the way i eat and take more care. I hope this helps you.

Hair loss causes and natural home-made tips to remedies.

Home made Herbal remedies:Massage the scalp for 10 to 15 minutes after bathing with water. This stimulates the blood circulation and strengthens the hair follicles in the scalp.
Massage the scalp and hair with coconut milk or Aloe Vera gel. Leave it for ½ hour, then rinse with warm water. Repeat 3 times a week.
Massage into the scalp and hair honey with egg yolk. Leave for a 1/2 hour, then rinse.
Massage almond oil on scalp 2-3 times

It is normal daily to shed 80-100 hairs/day. But, if you are in under stress and constantly right now, you hair will be one of the first things to suffer. Hair and skin and your body's least priority therefore they seem to be affected first when we are ill or stressed. For example, when I get really stressed for long periods of time, my psoriasis kicks right in and I get this little pea-sized red dry spot right under my left eye. Its freaky. My best advice is to try to eliminate that stress somehow or at least lessen it. In the meantime don't vigorously brush your hair or wash it more than once a day. Try to have a good diet too, that may help. (I don't mean diet itself, I mean eat more produce, proteins, and fruits). Maybe that will help offset some of it.

yeah you have to stop putting pressure on yourself and you have to start having fun without losing focus of everything. go and hang out with friends. i did that and i felt happier and i didn't think about anything else because i was feeling the moment and not what i had just done at school that day.

Try to prevent it by using minoxidil..apply it on your scalp...it is a good preventive and makes your hair grow back if the folliocles are not yet dead...but once your follicle closes...then you have to resort to a hair transplant..so start using minoxidil earlier before you lose all your hair.

Write your feelings down on a piece of paper, make sure no one is googling over your shoulder when you do. Read it to yourself, and then tear it up.
That's good old fashion paper therapy.

you need to solve the tension problem. I can't suggest who to see, is up to you, but solve it. Otherwise you'll have to spend a lot of money on hair restoration.
