when i take my dog to the animal haspital to register and get his shots what will you need to take with you.

Probably not much. If he's a puppy and has no current medical records from anywhere else, then there is nothing you have to transfer over. (If he DOES have records somewhere else, they will want a copy of that.) And I guess if he's a purebred that you bought from a breeder, they may want that info as well. But if he's just your basic puppy that you got from a shelter or a person whose dog had a litter, you shouldn't really need anything. Just be sure to have him on a leash...they don't like animals running loose in there.

Oh yeah, and the other folks were right. You'll need money or a credit card ! :)
