Sure seems that way doesn't it.
I think the real cowards here are the illegal immigrants that lead lifes as fugitives because they coudn't wait to become legal, I hope that when their grandchildren grow up they are so proud of their grandparents who commited crimes and ripped off American legal citizens.

I don't think that President Bush is a coward on immigration laws, what I think is that he is being faithful to the Corporations that are paying for his political campaigns. These companies are the ones that get benefits from the illegals and they are doing every thing in their power to keep them coming. If you think that George Bush is a coward, well, what do you think about the Democratic Party that wants to give amnesty to all illegal aliens. What do you call this act of barbarism, on this issue they are all behind President Bush,, are they not.

The President has introduced legislation to congress several times to only be rejected by them outright. The real problem is in congress. They have been unable to come to consensus because of their diverse constituency. Many congressmen are afraid of upsetting the Hispanic community by voting for tough laws.

Bottom line, this is a very complex problem and congress is so divided that they cannot come up with a solution. It is congress and not the President that must write and pass the laws needed to get illegal immigration under control.

President Bush, El Presidente Fox and Prime Minister Martin signed an agreement 2 years ago called the Security and Prosperity Partnership, whereby the U.S., Mexico and Canada will erase our borders in favor of a free trade relationship.
There will be a Corridor from Mexico to Canada and will be run by a Spanish consortium called Cintra.
There's a plan to combine all our currencies to the "Amero" which is like the Euro in Europe.

Do you see why Bush doesn't want to do anything about our borders?

It's not that he's a coward. It's that he is cunning as a fox.

You see, he knows that 90% of illegal immigrants have relatives here in the U.S.of A. who are citizens and have the right to vote. He wants the Republican party to receive their relative's votes.

These are the facts in a nutshell.

He is a hypocrite! His own nephew is Mexican. He is an insult to his own family. He is trying so hard to keep them out of the USA, but yet other immigrants are getting into the country so easily using fake I.D. and documents. If he so wants to protect the USA, why doesn't he spend his millions building a dome over the entire country?!? That just might solve the problem.

If the Republicans would just get started deporting them they would gain our respect and get back inoffice.

I am wondering why there is no reporting on what Russia is doing on this issue. They have about 1 million immigrants from one country and they say about half are illigal. They have been going to the schools and getting names to help find them and shutting down their business and deporting them..

Way to go russia. Now if Bush would grow some balls and get this ball rolling and get them out of our country.

No, hes a politician whose rich friends depend on the availability of an underclass which has no legal recourse to good wages and civilized working conditions.
The rich landed and manufacturing class are Georges friends and its not cowardice, it is a true belief in money goes to money and to hell with everyone else.
