The USA has never faced with the potential to harm us in the way the illegal immigrants do.... the threat of Bin Laden is a joke in comparison! The illegals sneak across our borders, steal the identity of hard-working Americans, they work for cash so the cost to employers is MUCH less so they steal jobs from Americans, They are reintroducing third world diseases which we conquered decades ago, They refuse to learn English which changes our country in the most negative way, they send their children to our schools without even the most basic of skills so education is taken away from American children while we provide them with all the necessities, free breakfast, free lunch, school supplies & clothing, they are bankrupting our hospitals with their free care which includes but not limited too pre-natal care & a delivery every 9 months & 1 day, they do not have auto insurance (or even a license) so insurance rates go up for Americans and on & on & on....and I haven't even mentioned the most disturbing thing which is desecrating our flag....
The rich & the poor do not have to concern themselves with these atrocities..the rich are rich & the middle-class pay the bill for the Americans on welfare and for the illegals
So yes, absolutely the illegals are the greatest threat middle-class Americans have ever faced.
Please contact the "elected class" and DEMAND representation for the middle-class!

1) Islamic Jihad
2) Illegal Immigration

Probably. It threatens the very fabric of our society. You have illegals bringing drugs across the border in massive quantities....they're taking jobs that could be done by Americans if the pay was better, and in some cases, jobs which do pay well....they're breeding like rabbits to the point where they'll be the dominant group in this country before too many more years have gone by and their gangs are running rampant in our cities. If the Muslims just sit back, they won't have to worry about destroying this country - the illegals will do it for them.

Absolutely not. At worse illegal immigrants put increased pressure on public resources by relying on welfare, public health facilities and sending their children to public schools without paying taxes. This financial stress is not likely to hurt us all that much.

The greatest threat is posed by the possibilities of war and terrorism in the Middle East. A war with Iran would be much more costly in terms of personel, equipment and money than the ones we are fighting in Iraq and Afganistan. The possibility of an Iranian nuclear weapon being used against US forces would be devestating.

No, it's not.

I would say this no matter what party or what "personalities" ran the administration: the administration is seriously damaging our traditional three-branch, checks-and-balances democratic form of government. "Signing statements," ignoring the law, secret bills, extra executive powers, whether handed over or asserted on specious grounds, fear and smear spin, maintaining a permanent war, rubber-stamping in Congress for party loyalty and personal power gains...

All Americans of all stripes should be very worried.

No, I think I read somewhere that the war in Iraq is what most Americans are concerned about. Of course, the sneaky Republicans are going to use any excuse to get people's minds off the war.

no ... its about the same as it was 30 years ago when i was a kid ... people are just fluffed up by the media right now about an issue that in reality will not affect their lives hardly at all either way and it detracts attention off of the real issues ... two reasons actually3 ... one, people believe and allow themselves to be swayed into absolutely anything the "god box" ..the tv ...tells them ...two, immigration is a sweet way to avoid and take attention off of the real issues during election time ... and three, the real id system is to be implemented in 2008 and the population is being conditioned to accept it.
