Yes you can. Ahem. See folk do it all the time. They think it's more discreet then a finger. Can't get all around the nostril, but most boogers tend to stick to the fleshy bit anyway.
Now more interesting a question - then what do you do with it???

nose is one organ in the body where u can pick with any finger starting with thump to little finger where you feel same easiness and resistance.try
