at my church who always stares at me, he's hot and everything but does this mean he likes me? and sometimes he'll be loud on purpose and then look at me.

Depending on what age you are...If he is a teen then yurp....Thats what it means. Some guys are really shy when it comes to girls so they find other whys to get the girl to notice him...He is trying to get you to notice him...This means only one thing...He likes you!!!!!! Good luck hon...
