If you're British, Jello and jelly are the same thing.

If you're American, Jello is the commercial name for a flavored gelatin compound. Jelly is a clear spread for toast or sandwiches made of strained cooked fruit juices and commercial or natural pectin.

Jam is the same as jelly but it's got the bits of fruit still in it.
