Hello? Dancing is a form of exercise. It burns calories. As long as you burn more calories than you take in then you will drop weight. This is just common sense. So, if you are dancing for an hour and not pigging out then of course you will lose weight.

Ya u can lose ur weight.Its the best way to reduce some pounds.U can lose weight if u dance hard i mean not slow dance but dance full of hard steps and lot of speed.

Girl yeah! When i was 16 i was very chuncky and one day i said i'm going to change. So i turned my radio on (as loud as i could) got a jug of water and danced my butt away. Don't you know over a period of a month i lost like 20 pounds! No lie.

something..i like to doing my satisfied dance. (: many times I do a satisfied dance each and every time I say "Act organic!!" and that i act like a cow. and then human beings smile. and a few sons and daughters do an analogous. as quickly as I had my math attempt, the important walked in so i did that. And he laughed. So I did my satisfied dance,,,which by how is me dancing around asserting "hopping tomatoes!!" which does no longer make math instructors prefer to frown. (:

Sure! Dancing is a form of exercise, and it's way more fun than doing sit-ups with just your dog for company. lol Just combine your dancing exercise with a healthful, balanced diet. :-) Have fun!

it could if you really want to loose weight but to start off with dont do it every day, gradually build into it, trust me ive done it, i was 7 stone about 3 months ago, now im 6 and a half stone.

my advise would be to take it slow, then gradually build into it, when you feel comfortable ok

you can dance some off. its not a 1 hour only video is it. eat proper food . find someone who sells Herbalife nutrition food and use that as well

Definitely, especially if you change your eating habits. Eat much smaller portions more frequently. Stop eating between 4-6 p.m. if you are a day person.
