Most normal domestic radiators seen today are steel. Old type chunky radiators were cast-iron, and it's possible to buy aluminium radiators, and other exotic metals if you are prepared to pay for them, but they are not common.

One of the major radiator manufacturers in the UK is called 'Stelrad' ( Steel Radiators.....)

Radiators in cars are normally made of copper, but some have plastic header tanks bonded to them, and there have been aluminium, and special composites used in the past.

Modern ones are pressed steel, older are cast iron. Except special models for use in bathrooms from secondary circuits, which are usually copper or specially coated steel.
