Curl your hair before putting it in the ponytail. Wrap a small section of your hair over the holder, braid it 1st if you want.

Put the hair in a ponytail loose at the base of your neck, then split the hair above the rubberband and pull the ponytail thorough it, it will cover up the rubberband and be cute all you have to do now is tighten it to your liking

A great way to jazz up the old ponytail would be to have a high one but at the same time, leaving pieces of hair at the front (if you have bangs/fringe, let them out, don't pin it up). Also, make the front bit on top of your head a *little* puffy (to give a relaxed look), if you get what i mean...after you've done that, add a cute hairband if you want. It'll look really girly and cute! :)

a cute and stylish pony tail is very easy all you have to do is get a very cute alice band put your pony tail in quite high so that it is off the back of your neck and if your hair is layered then take the top layer of both sides and have them at the side of your face

some one said ponytail to the side NO don't do it the pony tail was meant in the back!!my mom used to put a side ponytail on me when i was little i hated it and still do!!!!

do u have bangs?...... if u do, u can do a regular ponytail, but put ur bangs off too one side. so cute, but sporty.
if u dont have bangs,do a higher pony tail, and bring some of ur hair up front...like a little strand... also cute, but sporty.

take your hair and pull it to the side of your neck in a low ponytail and you could put like a fake flower or something really cute in it

Dont make a straight part, make an angle part, then let a little bang down on one side, and slick the sides down, and the ponytail high.

u could put a ribbon on ur ponytail and tie it in a bow. Or make a pontail and take ur front hair and clip it back. Just like your picture.

my hair is too short, but a girl i work with loves to put her ponytail to the side..not over her ear back more..very 80's and super cute! i love it!
