Thank you sister for your question. I am a muslim, I read Quran and the bible. I see that our God is the same God but as you see from all the answers you received here that it is the Christians who are so accusing and denying the relation with us while we always say, Islam is the natural continuation and correction of the deviations that happened in Christianity. By the way, I could not find any thing in Bible that says that Jesus was son of God or God himself. It was invented later on.

By the way, I have this link for you please read it and especially the second question in it. Salam. http://www.jamaat.org/qa/marriage.html

A web page through web page assessment isn't viable because the Koran has a unmarried writer who "honestly" wrote the guide in which the Bible has a number of authors and the canons weren't even written through individuals who's names enhance them. One is probably first hand in which the opposite is fully rumour. They each are mans phrases to guys approximately what guys consider gods are, what gods want, how they believe and who they could hate (as though they wanted that emotion). I have discovered that each ideas of god are mans construction as all of the books are are mans perceptions, interpretations and evaluations and not anything extra. Neither can also be established through technological know-how good judgment. The essential change I have discovered is that the Christians are a revolutionary bunch inclined to difference their ideals with minimum prodding from businesses who've specified pursuits. The islamics at the different had combat to keep what they believe is a natural perception and faith however as a result of the lack of understanding of such a lot Islamic nations and the reality that they have got just a few who "declare" to grasp the brain in their god they're extra quite simply prompted through a unmarried participants who offers a "well tale" have a small following and deliver them different guilty for his or her lack of understanding and poverty. Think approximately it!

No, I read the Bible, but I've not had the priviledge of reading the Quran, yet.

One day, I'd most certainly like to.

Having said that, I don't believe the Quran to be the inspired word of God which I believe the Bible is.

While I believe that there is some truth in all the major religions, only the Bible records the life and teachings of Jesus Christ, who himself claimed to be God or equal to God, which is the reason he was executed.

Other religious leaders claimed only to be prophets of God, mere humans like you and me.

No, I don't read the Koran because I already know that it's not from God because Islam claims that Jesus was only a man and not the Son of God who laid down his life to pay for my sins.

We don't pray to the same God because I pray to the living and eternal God of Heaven while Muslims pray to the god of this world who has deceived them. Don't get me wrong here. I'm not putting down people who belong to the Islamic religion. I'm just saying that like most people in the world they have been decieved by the Devil when it comes to the matter of Jesus Christ.

2 Corinthians 4:3 And even if our gospel is veiled, it is veiled only to those who are perishing. 4 In their case the god of this world has blinded the minds of the unbelievers, to keep them from seeing the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God.

Revelation 12:9 And the great dragon was thrown down, that ancient serpent, who is called the devil and Satan, the deceiver of the whole world--he was thrown down to the earth, and his angels were thrown down with him.

John 1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God....And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we have seen his glory, glory as of the only Son from the Father, full of grace and truth. 14

John 14:6 Jesus said to him, "I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.

Consequently, when Christ came into the world, he said, "Sacrifices and offerings you have not desired, but a body have you prepared for me; in burnt offerings and sin offerings you have taken no pleasure. Then I said, 'Behold, I have come to do your will, O God, as it is written of me in the scroll of the book.'" When he said above,

"You have neither desired nor taken pleasure in sacrifices and offerings and burnt offerings and sin offerings" (these are offered according to the law), then he added, "Behold, I have come to do your will." He abolishes the first in order to establish the second.

And by that will we have been sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all. And every priest stands daily at his service, offering repeatedly the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins. But when Christ had offered for all time a single sacrifice for sins, he sat down at the right hand of God, waiting from that time until his enemies should be made a footstool for his feet. Hebrews 10:5-13

Excuse me, you are mistaken. The god of Islam is not the God of the bible. Islam claims that Allah has no son, therefore Allah cannot be the God of the bible whose son, Jesus, died on a cross and rose again.

How can there be peace? Islam denies the death of Jesus on the cross and that He is the only way to heaven. It lies about the atoning sacrifice of Jesus and will send millions to hell. The koran is a lie from satan.

Sorry for the blunt speaking, but you need to realize these things.

Muslims and Christians DO NOT pray to the same God. If you read the Bible and Koran that you own, you would know this. I have read them in addition to other "holy books" and there is a world of difference.

Muslims worship Allah, Christians and Jews worship Elohim.

John 14:6

Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

We also know that Jesus did say He was GOD in the flesh:

John 8:28

Then said Jesus unto them, When ye have lifted up the Son of man, then shall ye know that I am he, and that I do nothing of myself; but as my Father hath taught me, I speak these things.

Here Jesus literally equated Himself with GOD when he actually said before Abraham was, "I AM"

Exodus 3:14

And God said unto Moses, I AM THAT I AM: and he said, Thus shalt thou say unto the children of Israel, I AM hath sent me unto you.

As a result, I do not need to read everything that comes along anymore then I would need to eat out of a garbage can to know I would rather go into the restaurant to eat.
