One of the friends that I work is totatlly in love with our boss, she is a black girl, and he is a white guy. She is always telling me that she wants to sleep with a white guy, and asks me if its any good. Well for me it is, but I've never slept with a back guy either, so I don't know what to tell her....What advice can I give her, also how likelt is it that she will get fired if she does sleep with him? She told me that she's already told him that she wants to sleep with a white guy, so maybe it will be ok for her since she still has her job. anyways thanks!

Lol.....telling a guy she is interested in that she "wants to sleep with a white guy" is both racist and makes her look like a whore. That's probably not her intention. She wants the guy to get the hint that she likes him and hopes he will make the connection but has done it in a way that will likely make him look at her and go.....nah.
It would have been FAR better to be honest and tell him she likes him and wants to get to know him better. A man instantly knows what this means. If he knows what he is doing, he will make plans to spend time alone with her. If he doesn't, he will ask her out on a date someplace. Either way, things move in the direction she wants.

Truly, I don't think color has as much to do with it as people think. I think it's individual. Someone mentioned the cunnilingus thing...my man has absolutely NO problem with that, and he's a brother. As far as the p*nis thing...I can say that the black men I've been with are bigger than the white men I've been with, but perhaps that's just the men I'VE been with...can't say it would be true for everyone. But the girl who said brothers "bring it"...yeah, that's true. Sometimes we all want to make love, but then again, sometimes we need to just...well, you can figure it out.
As for the girl telling her boss all that about sex, it really makes her sound whorish, and if you're close enough to her for her to talk about her sexual desires with you, be a good friend and let her know she sounds slutty. That was the wrong way to approach this guy. First of all, if he hasn't been with a black woman and believes in any stereotypes at ALL, she has just perpetuated every negative one out there...not too good. Secondly, if he is the type of guy who wouldn't be serious about dating her, but would gladly hit it and quit it, she's just given him license to treat her like a prostitute. Again, not too good. That's the type of black woman that makes us good ones look bad.

As a black guy, first of all, thank all of those who've answered. But I feel that she is stupid for making a move on her boss/supervisor. Nevermind the white guy/black guy thing. She needs her job and gambling like that doesn't make much sense. Any decent looking woman can get any guy she wants if she puts her mind and "cookie" to it! I am a white girl that has sex with black men. I feel no physical attraction to white guys. I think if it is mutual between her and the boss, then I don't think that she would get fired. maybe they will like it and keep dating each other.

I know it is for white guys with an african american lady.I am white,and my first wife was black.She was much different than most white girls I have dated.I prefer a sister to a white girl.

Well black men are more aggressive and dominate. Brother's bring it! White men ask you how you want it. White men are more sensitive to you and if you are being pleased. That size thing is a myth.

its the same .. THe only difference is sometimes black people have gigantic penis's. Which some white men do as well. But I think with black men its more dominate.
