does a mexican citizen receive any refund back for taxes on a large amount of clothing she has bought in florida?

At the nearaby outlet stores where I live in Texas, it is beseiged with shoppers from Mexico. After purchases are made, they can take their receipts to a central location at the outlet and cash refunds ARE given for taxes they paid at the stores. But they have to show their receipt in order to get it. Wished it worked the same way if we ventured to Mexico...don't get me started!

No...not unless he has a social security card and has paid income taxes all year. Not too many of them out there and that is what the big contraversey is all about. Taking our jobs, and it's just as much the employers fault, and not having to pay taxes, where we would have to!
