You left out major factors here.....is he/she spoken for?
Are you spoken for?
A lot of missing info here so I assume he/she is not free and I assume that you may or may not be but if he/she
If so then read on

Right off the top..........................STOP!!!!!

GET OVER YOURSELF AND YOUR OWN DESIRES!!!

You may want your boss... it's like I really want that piece of candy too no matter what no matter how bad it is it looks sooo goood and I know it is goooood and all that BLHA BLHA BLHA!

This is all about you right now (I take it cause you didn't say anymore then that) so your head is there IN IT, and it's just your head, your thoughts your imagination working way overtime.
That is becoming your job now .... working overtime with thoughts and feelings (only yours in your imagination I add) about your boss.
What if your boss is totally happy and content in his life, does that matter to you? What if he isnt the least bit attracked to you in fact he finds you the reverse?
Do not move forward with this crush, infatuation, needless lustful desire of yours, you do not have the right to interupt his life with that.
If you cannot controll your impulsive desires then find another job and let and let live.

ha ha ha I wanted my boss for 2 years but I coul dnever get myself to go there because I didnt want anything to happen to my job. Now Im glad I didnt because I cant stand him half the time anymore.. But if you dont really care about you job I say go for it.. When you pine for someone for a long time the sex is AMAZING when it actually happens.. Well unless hes a dud in bed then it just makes working there very complicated which is why I said dont do it if you value your job

UGH! What a horrible situation. Obviously there is no way to get away from him, There are many chances you are taking. If you two do get things going and it doesn't turn out well, if you are good at your job he's not going to fire you but things will be "weird". If things turn out great, well you'll always get to spend time together during your time at work!! FOLLOW YOUR HEART! just remember there are concequences for everything...

well if he knows you work there for a fact, then you should probably change jobs and forget about him, or keep the job and try your best to forget what you feel for him. But if he really doesn't know you well, then you could again either keep your job and forget about him, OR you could change jobs and then try to go for him, but theres not really any chance that you would get to see him. Also, do you know if he's maried? look for a ring...

Divert your mind in something. Try medication or yoga to control your self. If you can't go to a Therapy or priest to confront your problem. Let it out. Otherwise if you have guts to confront your feelings to your boss....??????? Good luck baby!!!
