Can you eat spicy foods? Cayenne, and chili pepper in your food in small amounts help speed your metabolism as well.

Drink water, lots of it.

Jog/run 2 miles per day.
Get a heart monitor, the proce just dropped on those.
Get a good pair of running shoes and clothes that keep you cool.

exercise is the safest, fastest and easiet, also try a low carb or low fat diet. kick the soda pop habit if ya got one, you'd be surprised what switching to water will do for ya
