Granulation is a natural characteristic of pure honey which does not harm it or indicate any deterioration of the honey. It is also easily reversed by carefully heating the honey container in hot water.

Put the jar into a deep sauce pan and fill the sauce pan to about 3/4 to the top of the honey jar. Simmer the water until the honey dissolves.

If your honey crystallizes, simply place the honey jar in warm water and stir until the crystals dissolve. Or, place the honey in a microwave-safe container with the lid off and microwave it, stirring every 30 seconds, until the crystals dissolve. Be careful not to boil or scorch the honey.

Many here already have the answer and that is to place the jar in simmering water (lid off) and stir every once in a while until crystals dissolve.

Nothing easier than that.

Enjoy

Sit in pan of hot water on low on stove or microwave.
Microwave does it very fast so do not leave in there too long. FYI Honey is the one food that never goes rancid.

you can still use it !
as-is ( but actually someone added some corn syrup to-your-honey ! )
you could dissolve in mustard,lemon-juice,or with whatever you plan on using it for !
be carefull next time cause honey ( good ) is sold by the pound and not by pints, quarts ,1/2 or full gallon measure !!!

my grandma's friend owns a honey farm so I can help you.
this is normal for honey to do and it is still good.
just run a tiny, tiny bit of water into the jar.

Just use a spoon to scoop it out or stick in the microwave. But that's only a short term fix, it will crystalize again. You're better off just buying new honey.

You can either put it in a pan and warm it til it disolves, or microwave it also about 10 seconds at a time til disolved.
