Date / Booty Call or something in between -leaving door open?

A real sweet women has been hitting on me at work

She is cute and has got a good personalty

I dont want to turn down a booty call if thats all it is BUT!!!!!!!!

I do want to leave the door open for something more

How do i communicate that ?

by asking her out to a date and not assuming she wants a booty call. If she does indeed just want a booty call, then let her initiate it at the time of the date, don't make an assumption.

Also stupid to date someone from work, but some people need to learn that one the hard way.
