that depends.
a healthy hair root is anchored in the skin and will hold until the hair breaks... but some people have less sturdy roots... which has a lot of different reason... in that case the root might come out with the hair and will be gone for ever.

Hair that is pulled out does not grow back because the roots are gone. Girls that pull out their hair end up having to wear wigs for the rest of their lives.

The hair on my chin grows back all on its own after it is pulled out. LOL It will just grow back if the root is still there.

it will grow back, but depending on the location of where the hair was pulled out of will determine the length of time it takes to grow back, also depends on how quickly your hair grows.

well it doesnt always grow back pulling hair out is not like shaving it. if you pull too hard you may take the follicles off and the hair may not grow back. plus yanking hair out shoud be extra painful.

Yes it does. If you pull it out it damage the follicle because it's being stressed as you pull it. If you ever notice those "fly-away" hairs that stick out of place and are curly, sometimes kinky. Your hair is probably already curly though so you may not notice them as much.
