I am on haemodialysis - where can I get life insurance/holiday insurance?

Hello dear!
My brother was on haemodialysis and we know how it affects! About ten years ago, we decided and he had a transplant and now he is strong and fine!
The best insurance for him was to restore his health and live normal, with the exception of taking some pills, which does not bother him at all!
