Definitely not. How would u respond if someone, out of no where, came up and kissed u? Especially, if this person isn't at all appealing to u. U gotta be respectful of other peoples' space. Maybe he would not be offended, but this guy could already have a g/f. That would just be too much disrespect, not just for them, but for u as well. First impressions are very important, control ur hormones and think this out with a better possible outcome.
