Well, everything depends on what he likes, how much money you want to spend, how long you have been togeher etc...i would say that you should give him something personal. It need nt cost much money It can even just be something very smal that makes him think of you, or some funy thing you have once talked about or so...Give a personal gift.
If you have not been going out for so long,make it a not-too-personal gift, and not an expensive one. You could have a picnick outside and then give him a massage or so, an maybe some small present. Whatever you feel he would like

1) Men like to show off so whatever you buy him make sure that it is branded. If you are really close to him and know his tastes you will know what to buy for him.
2) If he is working, a pair of cufflings or a formal shirt could work. 3) You could go shopping with him on the pretext that you have to shop for your brother/cousins wedding and you will then know his tastes.
4) Finally,,just honestly tell him that you want to buy him a gift and go shopping.

depends. how much are you willing to spend. when you know that then ask guys at your school "if i was your girlfriend and was willing to spend X amount on you (X being the amount you would spend on your bf) what would you want fro me? as long as your bf doesnt find out then you can buy him a gift and all will be good!!!!1

a watch or some clothes that you know will look good on him.....I bought my ex bf a shirt and we have not been dating for 3.5 months and i called him last night and saw him for the first time since the break up and low and behold guess what shirt he had on so either he really likes the shirt or I just got lucky he had it on because he had no in tensions of seeing me because I called him out of the blue and he was out already before coming over

it doesnt matter what kind of gift you buy him as long as it comes from the heart (and you can afford it)and shows you love him and not just trying to buy him.(you could get him a rose, dat wud show how much u love him or a bunch of flowers).
