Not sure if you can. I want to listen to it in the USA but when I go to BBC radio Scotland website it tells me...
For contractual reasons, users outside of the UK will not be able to watch or listen to certain feeds on the website.

Anyone know how we can listen to it if you are outside the UK?

If you have not got Sky can you get Radio 5 Live on your computer because it is on there from 5pm, that`s UK time.
