If I ever had that feeling I would just ask the client to leave. Or pass them off to another hairdresser on the floor. I wouldn't deliberately give someone a bad haircut, however, I do recall a few times when I just wanted to get someone out of my chair. At that point, you hurry as fast you can and try to get it done. But those usually are the people that will say it's not right yet. They just want to sit in your chair and keep bitching to anyone that'll listen. I don't miss that at all!

NEVER!!!! A professional cosmetologist would never deliberately give a bad haircut, no matter how big a pain in the a** the customer is. You always do your best job and hope they never come back. But a bad service, be it a haircut or other service, is always a reflection on your professionalism.

I've had people in my chair that I wasn't exactly crazy about but I would never, ever purposely screw up their hair. Like the one girl said, your clients hair is your billboard. I take to much pride in my work for someone to go around and bad mouth me.

no, and the reason i haven't is because that person's haircut is a billboard for me and where i work...if it looks bad think of all the people they will tell...i can't take that chance...so i do the best i can...

i'm sure they have....but if they want a nice tip then they should try and give the person whatever they want no matter how big of a pain they are!
