My brother is turning 17, and he used to skateboard, but now he's apparently selling it, because he's been to busy. He's a senior and on Cross Country at our school, which he is doing really well at. He does good in school. Lately, he's been going to the gym with his friends, and he has weights in his room. So it's not like I could get him weights. He likes to hang out with his friends when he's not working and busy. Any ideas?

Buy him some good book on Exercise or How to maintain yourself at home. Guess that will keep him busy and if he is a health freak, he would just love it.

You should get him some cross trainers. Those are running sneakers if you don't know. Running cross country wears out sneakers fast.
