Start w/coffee, bacon or ham, eggs over medium and fried potatoes. If that is too much for your tummy how about some oatmeal w/fruit?

Why not, french toast with some maple syrup, link sausages (bacon or ham substitute), grits or home fries (depending on where you live), scrambled eggs and a hot cup of coffee or hot chocolate with a marshmallow on top!

Have one of your favorite omelets. Just yesterday I made one with eggs, ham, cheese, broccoli, and Alfredo sauce.....mmm..mmmm, if you are not an egg person, try some nice oatmeal, covered with brown sugar and milk.

A bowl of porridge/oatmeal, (not the waiting made stuff, the actual stuff), with honey or maple syrup tastes large and it somewhat is have been given the two carbs and protein. Have some fruit with it! solid luck alongside with your examination.

Oh well good grief! what country are you in and how hungry are you! Take out, or hotel service, geez you asked a very unending questtion. Now, thank you very much I am hungry..please, please, please, let me go back to sleep!! and not let me think about my hunger pangs till I wake up and have had a shower!!! have a nutricious breakfast that you like! sometiimes you should just skip breakfast though. later in the day it might make you sick. it happens with me!
