Beside the fact you likely have a belly that would be the envy of any beer maniac, coke as such should not be hurtful... acid it may be, but your stomach is so much more corrosive.
Definitely get it checked by a doctor, you may have an ulcer or other ailment that could benefit from the attention.

the acid in coke/pepsi is counteracting with the natural acid in the stomach...
man see a dr.
i drink 2 liters of coke most days have for over 20 yrs,,no stomach problems

Just the fact that you are having bad stomach problems is cause to see your doctor. Either you family doctor--to refer you--but the doctor you need to see is a gastroenterologist. He should do a endoscopy (scope down the throat) and a colonoscopy (scope up the rectal opening) They will put you out for this. You might also ask his advice on the beverage--I think he will suggest more water and less cola. Good luck.

Its the acid contain of the pepsi/coke which is causing problems.You should get a docter as soon as possible.

With all that sugar, your teeth have to look horrible! Cut down on that pop, pronto! If you cant go cold turkey, then just drink diet for a few months, then switch to tea, then water.
