Conjunctiva is a thin tissue layer over the white part of our eye. Conjunctiva is transparent in colour an contains blood vessels.
Muco means mucous and Purulent means 'with puss' so mucopurulent means Mucous+puss discharge in the eye. Inflammation of conjunctiva is called Conjunctivitis.
SO
Mucopurulent conjunctivitis means inflammation of conjunctiva which is accompanied with muco-purulent discharge from the eye.
