i proposed her twice. she never said 'yes'.but she will be looking at me when i am not looking at her.whatever she speaks it will be having two meanings and she misses me.

Im not sure I understand your question but here goes. If you asked her to marry you 2 times, and she did not say yes, what did she say. Maybe she isnt ready for marriage. If you catch her watching you maybe she is trying to figure the relationship out, or maybe she is thinking how much she loves you.
You should be able to tell with her actions on how she feels about you.
Bottom line, I would come out and ask her. You should not be wasting your time with her if her feelings are not mutual.

you may no longer tell if a woman nonetheless loves you by if she supplies presents. Does she seem to savour being with you? Does she nonetheless chuckle at your jokes whether they are stupid? Does she look distant while she is with you? Does she mysteriously dissapear to the....bleachers? Does she nonetheless ask how your day replaced into? Now a days friendship is different than marriage proposals. Girls can have friendship with any boy but they agree to your proposal if you fit totally as per her dream of life. if not she will not agree to your love/proposal . Pls check this that R U fulfilling her ambitions? if not then forget her & look for another girl.

She loves you halfway. Maybe she's controlling herself and that she is afraid of getting too much involved... Maybe you should give more effort. So she will not deny the feelings she have for you.

she may not be ready for marriage just yet. dont push her. all you can do is explain to her what you feel for her and the commitment your ready to make with her and let her make the decision when she feels right about things.
