A good high potecy multiple vitamin-mineral will cover most bases. I also recommend calcium-magnesium-zinc tablets, and a good high potency antioxidant combo. A tablespoonful of Flaxseed oil daily doesn't do a body any harm either.

Vitamin B12, Iron just take a one a day, you are depriving your system of several vitamins.
