Your first sentence is almost perfect :o) I just think you got a bit confused between the affirmative and interrogative form of "il y a".

Il y a = there is/are

Y a-t-il = is/are there?

And as for the second sentence, it is good too. Just be careful, it is "renseignements". As for "environs..." (translation of "about" I guess?) it should be "au sujet de l'hébergement et des attractions touristiques".

Anyway, your sentences were close to perfection! Well done!

Il y a t'un parc d'aventure ou les bâtiments historiques intéressants?

Like Oxford UK said, if this is a question, it's "Y-a-t'il un parc..."
For a question, you would say "des" bâtiments rather than "les" (similar to English, you'd say "any" not "the")

Also
Je serai en vacances à Avranche cet eté pour dix jours, du août au douze août mais j'ai besoin de resseignements environ les logements et attractions pour les touristes.

You missed the arrival date, didn't you? "Du deuxième août au douzième août " --and normally you'd use the ième "the second to the tweltfh" not "the 2 to the 12".

And what Oxford said about renseignements.
Logements is fine.
