Ok I ordered it from QVC and followed exactly as instructed to the T. I actually put weight on felt very frustrated and upset. Having said this, the system works on hypnotism and previous experience of being hypnotised did not work for me so this says it all. So if you've been hypnotised before and it worked this may work for you but I definitely did not work for me Good luck hope it works for you.

Just because a particular diet worked for someone does not mean that it will work for you. Design your own weight loss plan and stick to it. A whole lot of information on what foods to avoid, what to eat, the no. of calories a food item contains exercises to loose weight, etc is available at http://tinyurl.com/jax5h

No - not for me. He is very motivational, and great if that is what you need. The only loss I had was £300 to attend one of his seminars. I've read the books. Basically the advice is to
1)imagine yourself thin
2)eat more slowly
3) associate food you like with horrible things (like rats droppings)
---it might work for some, but in my experience it was a complete waste of money. Calorie control is boring but that - and exercise, is the only thing which works for me:)

I don't know. I think like everything you need to put your faith in it and do exactly what you're told. You need to want to do it, it won't be a miracle cure. Try it and let me know. I could do with shedding a few pounds, well, stones!!! x
