I heard doctors advising people to drink 2000 c.c. of water a day, but then there are doctors who advised people to heed to our physical needs, meaning we only drink water when we're thirsty. These doctors said that drinking too much water can be poisonous. When I don't feel thirsty and still drink, I go to the bathroom a lot. I guess this means I drinik more than I need to. I know that drinking plenty of water is good for our health and helps with our metabalism, but should every one drink the same amount of water every day? Also, does the weather matter??? I mean we naturally drink more in the summer, but we drink less when we don't sweat in cold days. So, which should I listen to??? Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water regardless of the seasons, or I should adjust to my own physical needs. Please tell me what you know. Thanks.
