Ask the barstaff and make then aware to ensure they were doing thier job.
A few obvious coughs, talk loudly about the situation.
Take some photos with my camera phone and report the pub to the police or the relevent people who monitor the law.
Turn round and find another pub, theres plenty of good ones in the UK.

Interesting question - the anti-smoking Nazi's are gonna get their law enforced some time next year in England & Wales, but what happens when you've organised a lock-in? Is it still breaking the law to smoke?
(you may need to explain the concept of a lock-in to any johnnie-foreigners on the site)

i imagine that's amazingly sparkling right here the Catholic Church concerns a lot about illegals all their teachings at the on the spot aren't any further being observed. If this ethnic crew has the optimal expenses of minor being pregnant, abortion, and out- of- wedlock births, of any ethnic crew in the country, that's sparkling the Church and that's message is lost. The sex scandals themselves have value the Church billions and to this day the scandals proceed. cover ups, mendacity, newborn molesting clergymen. i imagine they favor a batch of uneducated human beings they could mode and lead them to imagine even with they tell them is gospel very like a cult. This Church spends thanks to a lot time and funds on illegals and wonders why individuals are leaving in droves. The Catholic Church has an ethical legal responsibility to get that's own affairs so as earlier preaching about what they favor all and various else to do even as they do lack in some moral topics ongoing because the 50's or earlier, who knows

That's a good one. I smoke and where I live they have begun a smoking ban. I am happy to go outside for a smoke. If they were breaking the law I would keep schtumm. After all a few late drinks is also breaking the law and I like that.

if the smoking didnt bother me i would go in and have a drink, if it did then i would find another bar. I was intending on going out to have a relaxing evening, not get into a hassle over someone breaking the law. thats not my problem, its the owner of the bars.

Tell the manager so he/she can then ask them to leave, if it persisted I would then call the police in to fine the law breakers, if they didn't turn up, I would then contact my local politician and local press. Failing all that I would just pour my pint over the offender.

Walk out.
It's as much the landlords responsibility to stop this as the customer to refrain - if they can't be trusted to do that......are my drinks watered...are the crisps out of date...are the glasses clean...do I want to give my money to them....and why should I pay to sit in that environment?
